The Nankang SP-5 was developed with support from Nanang’s NSS (Noise Simulation System)
The result: an exceptional reduction of noise levels and a comfortable driving experience
Noise prevention bar reduces the noise generated by the pattern

Two center wide circumferential grooves efficiently direct water away amd enhance superior wet handling. Added sipes in the block pattern normalize the tire surface hardness, thus incresing comfort and buffering the noise generated from the road. Designed by Nankang's NSS (Noise Simulation System), the pattern is arranged to lower the noise between the pattern blocks.
